Key achievements

  • Successfully delivered the 2020 Global Youth Forum in January (Sustainability).

  • Serve as a member of the Corporate Affairs leadership team, actively contributing to strategic planning, talent management, and strengthening of the function’s capabilities.

  • Participate in a range of key forums, breakfasts and working groups to represent Pounce Global and negotiate to ensure the needs of the company are promoted.

  • Monitor and measure performance indicators for programs and initiatives; provide regular reports on progress and impact.

Executive Level 1 – Stakeholder Engagement, National Advisory for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment (NATESE)

Key achievements 

  • Led, coached and developed a team of seven staff to promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Provided all communications, stakeholder engagement and media support to NATESE including, but not limited to, organising speaking engagements, presentations and developing key messaging for and on behalf of the Head of Secretariat and other senior NATESE staff.

  • Balanced and managed diverse and conflicting stakeholder interests by developing communications and stakeholder engagement plans and maintaining key messages.

  • Developed an active and dynamic web presence through digital communication channels and web-driven communications.

  • Oversaw the successful and timely roll out of brand activities to maximise the awareness of NATESE and the Council.

  • Fostered continuing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinated the input on behalf of NATESE to broaden departmental media and communications activities and reporting.

  • Directed business continuity planning for the team.

  • Scan, monitor and analyse the news media for issues relevant to NATESE, its Councils and the wider tertiary education, skills and employment context

  • Organised speaking engagements and interviews with various media for the Chair of NATESE on issues relating to Skills and Training.


2011 – 2014


March 2014 – August 2019


President of Middle Park Primary School Council (MPPS) and Chair of the Policy and Planning Committee. I led major policy reviews that were unanimously accepted by School Council and subsequently implemented. Successfully built strategic partnerships to obtain Federal and State government funding for MPPS. Directed a film showcasing STEAM, Sustainability at MPPS and have built partnerships with both local and global partners, for example UNESCO.
